Timothy Saunders Crumb

Timothy Saunders Crumb, 65, of Gaffney Dr. died Wednesday at the Samaritan Medical Center.

Mr. Crumb was one of the original clients at the Jefferson Rehabilitation Center, Gaffney Dr.

He was born in Norwich, NY, April 20, 1942, the youngest son of Ralph and Alice Saunders Fulton Crumb. He was a resident of the Rome State School for several years before transferring to Watertown with the inception of the Jefferson Rehabilitation Center. He enjoyed doing latch work and traveling.

He is survived by his brother Tom. A niece and her husband David, their daughters Michaela and Alix. A nephew Sean, his wife Joanne and their daughter Caterina.

Members of the JRC community, friends and family are invited to call at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Friday, between 1p – 6pm. A ceremony of tribute and appreciation will be offered at 2:15p and 4:45pm at the funeral home.

Contributions may be made to the Alice F. Crumb Scholarship fund at Belleville Henderson Central School, which is designated to assist students who will pursue higher education in caring for the disabled, c/o Phyllis Ormsby, 9248 State Rt 289, Adams, NY 13605.
