Anna M. Carlson

Anna M. Carlson, 84, of 664 Emerson St., died Sunday afternoon at the home of her son-in-law Richard Tibbles, under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County.

Mrs. Carlson was born July 27, 1923 in Watertown to William F and Margaret J. Watson Goodfellow. She attended Watertown Schools. She married Richard A. Carlson. Mrs. Carlson was a clerk at J.R. Millers in Watertown and also had worked as a teller at Marine Midland Bank for several years.

Mrs. Carlson is survived by a son-in-law Richard L. Tibbles and a sister-in-law Doris Scott both of Watertown, three grandchildren, one great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. a daughter Sonja Tibbles and two brothers Roy and Floyd Goodfellow died before her.

The funeral will be Wednesday 1 pm at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Calling hours will be Tuesday evening from 7 pm – 9 pm. Burial will be at North Watertown Cemetery.
