John M. LaJoie

John M. LaJoie, 57, of Bugbee Apts., died Wednesday at the Samaritan Medical Center where he had been a patient since November 26th.

Mr. LaJoie had been afflicted with Cerebral Palsy since birth.

He was born in Carthage, August 17, 1950, a son of George and Eleanor Renaud LaJoie. He graduated from Watertown High School. Mr. LaJoie was employed by HUD in Watertown. He moved to Florida in 1995 and worked for the State of Florida as a health care provider. He returned to Watertown in 2006.

He is survived by 4 sisters and 3 brothers-in-law, Andrea and John Kendrew, Beatrice and Jay Davis, all of Watertown, Ida and Larru Juiliano, Rome and Candace LaJoie, Dexter. 5 brothers and a sister-in-law, George, James, Thomas, William and Diane, all of Watertown, and Joseph, Florida. Several nieces and nephews. A sister, Carolyn LaJoie died in 2006.

The funeral will be Saturday 7pm at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in Brookside Cemetery. Calling hours are Saturday from 2p – 4pm and 6p – 7pm at the funeral home.
