The funeral for Donna J. Pelc will be Tuesday 6pm at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Spring burial will be in North Watertown Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday from 2p – 4pm and 6p – 8pm, and Tuesday from 4p – 6pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Pelc, 63, of Hilltop Towers, died Friday morning at the Samaritan Medical Center.

She was born in Watertown, September 8, 1944, a daughter of Lawrence and Blanche VanNess Steele. She attended local schools and employed at Production Unlimited many years ago. She married John M. Pelc June 20, 1970. He died January 13, 1989. A previous marriage to Al Gilbert ended in divorce.

Mrs. Pelc enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, crafts and sewing.

She is survived by her companion, Floyd Camidge, a daughter, Sharon Cowan, and a son, Gerald Gilbert, all of Watertown. 2 grandchildren. 2 sisters and their husbands, Louise and Charles Snyder, Watertown; Jeanette and Darwin Deline, Colorado Springs, CO. A half brother, Tom VanNess, Winter Haven, FL.
