Kathleen M. Coleman Kathleen M. Coleman, 93, of 336 W. Main St., Curtis Apts., died Sunday in the emergency room of the Samaritan Medical Center.

Mrs. Coleman was a night supervisor for the New York State Department of Mental Health at the Clinton St. residence for many years retiring in 1979.

She was born October 12, 1914 in Concord, New Hampshire, a daughter of Henry and Hazel Gravelle Blake. She married Howard Coleman April 11, 1930 in Trinity Church, Syracuse. Mrs. Coleman worked at the North Junior cafeteria for several years. Mr. Coleman died in 1958.

Mrs. Coleman enjoyed traveling and participated in bowling leagues.

She is survived by 3 daughters and 2 sons-in-law, Eleanor and David Webert, Fayetteville, NC, Kay Gaffney, Linda and Kenneth Thompson, all of Watertown. A son and daughter-in-law, David and Marguerite Coleman, Watertown. Several grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren. One niece and one nephew. She was predeceased by a son Howard “Ike”, and a half brother, William Seaman.

The funeral will be Wednesday 2pm at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home with Rev. Joyce Woodcock, pastor of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Spring burial will be in North Watertown Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday from 11am until 2pm at the funeral home.
