Francis N. Bergh

Francis N. Bergh, 67, of 551 Morrison St., died Sunday December 23rd at the Samaritan Medical Center. He had been a resident of the Samaritan Keep Nursing Home since the spring of this year.

Mr. Bergh was a driver for Yellow Cab in Watertown for many years. He did roofing and painting and had a mobile delivery route for the Watertown Daily Times.

He was born in Watertown, March 24, 1940, a son of Francis A. and Mildred Bergh. He attended schools in Watertown. He married Loretta Lenway. Mr. Bergh served with the US Army reserves for 6 years. He was a volunteer member of the Watertown Auxillary Police.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, David N., Watertown. A daughter, Patricia R. Bergh, Watertown. 3 sisters, Martha Trahan, Syracuse, Leona Miller, Watertown, Nancy Wilson, Muncie, IN. Several nieces and nephews. 2 sisters, Harriett Miller and Catherine Adkins predeceased him.

There will be no calling hours or funeral service. Burial will be private following cremation. Arrangements are with the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
